Shur Cool ® 3817 is a heavy-duty synthetic fluid used for grinding and other metalworking operations. Hard water supplies can be used freely without any loss in efficiency. The solution formed is fully transparent, mildly alkaline in character, and has quite remarkable anti-rust properties.

Shur Cool ® 3817 provides exceptional corrosion protection, boundary lubrication and surface tension reduction. It is non-foaming and contains an excellent antimicrobial package.
